What the work is
- call through the list of candidates we hand you
- ask the same set of questions and log the answers
- hand the ones who fit over to the recruiter
What we need from you
- clear speech and a calm manner on the phone
- Ukrainian or Russian fluently; Polish is a plus
- a headset and a stable connection
- readiness to work a few shifts in a row
What we take on
- Help finding housing near the site and getting you settled in.
- Paperwork: work permits, visas and residence documents.
- Sorting out the journey and the first days on the ground.
- One contact person who stays with you through the first shifts.
