Sourcing candidates for our open directions from anywhere. You are paid per closed position, so the schedule is yours to set.
What the work is
- source candidates for the directions we are hiring for
- make the first call and check the basics
- hand the candidate over to the recruiter in charge
What we need from you
- experience of sourcing people — in recruitment or adjacent work
- your own channels: chats, groups, contacts
- accuracy in your notes and reachability during business hours
- Ukrainian or Russian at a fluent level, English is a plus
What we take on
- Help finding housing near the site and getting you settled in.
- Paperwork: work permits, visas and residence documents.
- Sorting out the journey and the first days on the ground.
- One contact person who stays with you through the first shifts.
